Chronology of cameras Contessa-Nettel
Contessa-Nettel offered several camera models from 1919 (following the merger of Contessa and Nettel) to 1926 (when it was absorbed into Zeiss Ikon). All were exceptionally well-manufactured.
The table below, though not exhaustive, demonstrates that Contessa-Nettel addressed various factors to offer a comprehensive technical catalogue, featuring a wide range of price points. Lenses with an aperture of f/4.5 and Compur shutters were reserved for high-end models. Cheaper shutter options were also available to provide more economical alternatives. However, for models like the Adoro and Fiduca, these alternatives do not appear to have been offered.

This popularization series, limited to 2,000 copies (which seems like a lot for Photo-Plait), is an assembly of a body from Contessa-Nettel, one of the cheapest shutters of the time (Vario), and a low-end French lens, to which a few free accessories are added.
It is not certain that such a model is found in the Contessa-Nettel catalog.
Perhaps the aim is to clear out stock before the merger into Zeiss Ikon.
